Job Description:
AI Product Manager
The AI Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and implementation of AI-driven products and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making, combined with strong product management expertise. The AI Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, marketing, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of AI-powered products that align with the company’s goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products and features based on market trends, user needs, and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities where AI and machine learning can enhance product offerings.
- Establish success metrics, KPIs, and measurable outcomes for AI products.
Product Development & Execution
- Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and software developers to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and scaling.
- Prioritize features and initiatives using data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, fairness, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of AI initiatives.
- Work with UX/UI teams to design intuitive AI-powered experiences for users.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive AI product adoption and gather insights for improvement.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, ML, and industry trends to inform product strategy.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and differentiation.
- Identify potential AI-related partnerships, vendors, or acquisition opportunities.
Data & AI Model Management
- Define data requirements and work with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data sources for AI models.
- Monitor AI model performance, accuracy, and bias, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to address AI governance challenges.

Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in AI/ML-driven products.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, deep learning, and data analytics.
- Experience working with AI/ML teams and familiarity with AI model lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business and user-friendly language.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure AI).
- Understanding of AI ethics, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
- Background in working with large-scale data-driven applications.
